MWE is owned and operated by U.S. Army Veteran, Mike Evans, Ed.S. Evans is a graduate of the Kogod School of Business, at American University. Evans also holds a Masters in Business Education, and Education Specialist degree in Curriculum. Evans is a certified business educator, and skilled marketing and communications professional.
  
Evans marketing experience includes: The White House Office of Technology  and Science Policy & The National Science Foundation, as the Marketing Coordinator for the Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching; production manager at M&T Productions, LLC; Perfect World Productions; and sales at his families business, Just Pools, Inc. In addition, Evans organized talent and speakers for National Youth Day in Washington, DC, led his multimedia class in the marketing and promotion efforts for the “The Pole of Hope” Veterans Memorial, implemented the 1st annual Veterans Breakfast, and the 1st annual Red Cross blood drive at Bridges Alternative High School. 

Evans led three efforts that have been nationally recognized by the National Character Education Partnership as Promising Practices: the "Fox Olympics", "Wasting no Time" and "Honoring Those Who Served" initiatives in the Fox C-6 District, and was awarded the 2012 VFW teacher of the year award, and was named a 2013 teacher of the year by the city of Arnold.
    
Evans has served as a political advisor on Veteran and Education policy for numerous causes, organizations and campaigns at the local, state and federal levels, including: President Obama's 2008 and 2012 campaigns; Veterans outreach for Gov. Jay Nixon's campaign; "Military Medals Initiative" with Treasurer Clint Zwiefel; the Truman National Security Project; the Military Diversity Project; the Veterans and Military Families Council; fundraising committee board member for Pediatric AIDS Care of D.C.; the Progressive Student Initiative think tank; and is a Education Advocate for the National Education Association.

Evans served two terms on the Missouri NEA Executive PAC, serves on the Aging and Disabilities Commission, taught eight years as a tenured educator at Fox C-6, and belongs to the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans (DAV), and just completed his three year term as Chairman, of the Arnold Veterans Commission.
